Forwarding Action in SAP MAPI in Outlook

Hello All,
 
How do I forward a workitem in SAP MAPI in Outlook. Documentation
mentions about downloading the address book entries and has a default
settings of 200 users. When I select 'Forward work Item' action
nothing happens.
How do I choose the users to be forwarded to ?
