Selected workitems in inbox

Hi Roberto,
 
you can use SWI1, SWI14 or other to trace down your workflows.
 
To resubmit reserved workitem to the group you can have that user to "replace"
it (context menu from business workplace) or have your WF Admin to "Replace" it
from SWI1 if the user is not available.
 
You can also use substitutions to let somebody else substitute for the user
(process his workitems) when he's out.

Dear All,
 
Workitems are send to all users linked to a position. If a user has selected a
workitem it disappears from the other users inbox's. The question is how can you
trace these items and put them back to the group when a user get's sick e.d.
