BAPI_ENTRYSHEET_CREATE

Hi all
 
I have a workflow requirement to create a service
entry sheet in background
with reference to a PO item.
 
I am on 4.6c and using bus object type BUS2091,
method, Create - this references a BAPI call,
BAPI_ENTRYSHEET_CREATE.
 
I am having troubles trying to get this BAPI to work
and i am a bit confused as to the values i need to put
into the import parameters & table parameters.
Everytime i test the BAPI via se37, I either get
message SE536 (short text and number of outline not
maintained) or SE214 (Error during Updating). Although
with the latter, if i mark the import parameter 'Test
Run' = X then i get a success message saying that the
service entry sheet was created.
 
I suspect the problem is with creation with the
service lines but i am not sure.
 
Your help will be greatly appreciated.
