Exclude weekends on deadline monitoring

There was a thread on here a while back, might be worthwhile searching
the archives for 'factory calendar deadline'.
In short, you would need to develop something which calculates the
deadline according to the factory calendar and makes it available either
as an object with it's own attribute, or a procedure which puts it into
a container element.
You would then use this element as your custom deadline.
