problem with automatic subscription

Hello,
 
I am triggering document modifications (Document Management System : CA-DMS) with a batch workflow. Everything is OK but I automatically receive a standard message in my business workplace from the WFsystem dealing with the fact that the document has been modified.
 
Any Idea??
