Use the WAPI i.e. Function module SAP_WAPI_RESERVE_WORKITEM.

Is there a way (in batch) to reserve all workitems that reside in a user's
inbox? The workitems have been forwarded to one id and we need to have that
id showing as the selected agent so that these items can be picked up by
rswwide for deletion. These are workitems that we don't want to archive.
