SO36 and delete functionality

David go to sbwp go to the area where you would change yours and you have a
tab for other user. You can delete the mailbox settings there. Then re-run
so36 for the user again.

Back to SO36 again.......thanks to Kevin for his previous answer but
here is the same issue with SO36.
 
Here's an example. Create forwarding in SO36 with the following data:
 
User                              John Doe
Forward to                        dummy at dummy.com
Recipient address type            U
Forward from (date)               01.06.2002
Forward from (time)               08:00:00
End forwarding (date)             31.12.9999
End forwarding (time)             24:00:00
 
 
    Forward functional documents
    Forward all documents              yes
 
      Also place in inbox               yes
 
 
Now to try and deactivate it, this is what we are trying but get an overlap
error:
enter in SO36:
User                              John Doe
Forward to                        dummy at dummy.com
Recipient address type            U
Forward from (date)               01.06.2002
Forward from (time)               08:00:00
End forwarding (date)             27.08.2002
End forwarding (time)             24:00:00
 
 
    Forward functional documents
    Forward all documents        yes
 
      Also place in inbox       yes
 
Then I get a message: Activation time already exists and when I check my
setting it's still active and end date has not changed.  I know I can go to
the users inbox
and deactivate it there, but can we do it with SO36 without going to the
users inbox ?
