Deadlines in WF + Working Ours

Hello, Yesterday you helpt me out a lot with the PPT slides of Ulrich Mende.
 
This morning I received a new request: Can we also use Working Ours on
deadlines?

Sorry, but the standard deadline functionality does not take non-working
days into account. If you wish to avoid this, there is a little extra work
you have to do for calculating the deadlines.  A good description how to do
this is in the enclosed file.

(monday to friday) into account or it is a calculation based on an absolute
