Fwd: Availability of the SAP workflow book in the US

Hi Robin (and Torsten, and Alon)
 
Alan Rickayzen will be attending the Fall meeting in Phoenix.  I would
not presume to say whether he will do autographs, but he probably cannot
bring t-shirts, coffee cups, and so forth with the logo of the book on
them.  Unfortunately, we cannot get any of the other authors at this
time, but I am hoping to persuade Jocelyn Dart to come to the US for the
Spring Conference, where we can all express our gratitude to her in
person.
