Betreff: Triggering events
This is a question posed by a coworker that I did not have an answer to =
-
Does Anyone have any thoughts?
Question for you: I'm trying to trigger an event (specifically =
business
object FIPP event POSTED, when it posts (there's a method POST within =
the
object as well, and it's being used in another workflow - a standard =
one -
which will be used to kick off THIS workflow). I know what table field
changes when it's posted - the document status - BKPF-STAT changes from =
'V'
to blank. When I look at the change documents associated with FIPP,
however, (BELEG, BELEGV, BELEGD) there's no recording of this =
happening.
So I'm having a hard time trying to figure out how to trigger this =
event
within SWEC...
Basically, she is using the standard FIPP_FRAME_1 Workflow for Posting =
a
Parked Document. She wants to send a notification after the document =
is
posted, but does not want to (for several reasons) copy the standard WF =
and
add the step in. So, she needs to start her second WF from event =
trigger
POSTED - but the Method Post, does not raise the even Posted for object
FIPP. Any suggestions on how she can raise this event?
Do you have any suggestions for how I can get this event to trigger, or
what I can do to work around the situation? If have any ideas, I would
appreciate it SO much...
