BAPI not raising change doc event

I did a Call Transaction and completed my program. I am running this is our
Production system
already. However, I am still interested to use the BAPI for obvious reasons.
 
Thanks for your help. I would certainly like to know when a solution is out
there on OSS. Please keep
me informed.

I have taken Jocelyn Dart's advice and raised this issue with OSS.  I
will report back when there is a resolution.
