Refresh org environment transaction?

It's been my experience that SWU_OBUF alone doesn't always fix a problem -
but I agree that it the more useful of the two - especially when
transporting new versions of a workflow into PRD during the day for example.

SWU_OBUF is what you need....use it when any PD-org changes to wf tasks take
place.
It gets refreshed after midnight away.
