Help with standard task 408031

Hi Lola,
Please report this to OSS if you haven't already (after you've
looked for any notes on the subject of course e.g. based on PD_SCM_MGS01E).
 
It sounds like a validation issue - suggest you try cancelling the same attendance
manually and see if there are any issues with that data.  If you are using the "DeleteInteractive"
method to cancel then that just calls transaction PA30 so its worth trying to delete
manually with that transaction to see if the same error occurse.

Hi
We are on 46.B. I need some help on how to debug this workflow task. When
executing Cancel attendance I received the error message 'Error occurred
during correspondence. Restart and mark done'. I'm not able to restart this
task. I executed the workflow log and viewed  the object
 
 PE Correspondence 01E 100181751001A025           PD_SCM_MSG01E
100181751001A025 - Nothing displays. Can someone tell me what steps to take
to solve this problem. I believed this is stopping the user from viewing
the letter in the inbox. If this is an authorization problem no objects
appeared when I used su53.
