It looks like a security problem

Have the user enter the transaction /nsu53 after he/she gets the dump. This
will tell you what object and or attributes are missing from the users
profile. Then do a search through transaction suim to find the role.

You could be right about it being security related - a basis / security
administrator should be able to do a trace to find out what specifically is
missing from the other user's profiles.
 
If this doesn't work, and you've searched SAPNET for a note using the short
dump details, then you should create a message on SAPNET.

Hi everyone,
 
I am working on 4.6B... We have a workflow that ask for the aproval of a
supervisor. When that supervisor approve with the work item, the system
freeze there and then end with a Dump. This is appening in a QA environment
where we are testing with real userId. When i put myself (SAP_ALL) as the
approver, the work item goes smoothly and the other activity takes place...
 
I have put the decison task without the "Advance with dialog" to make sure
that the subsequent activity would be execute with WF-BATCH. But it looks
like when you approve in the decision task the system stays there until it
find something else to do...
 
Does any one have an idea???
