It looks like a security problem

Hi everyone,
 
I am working on 4.6B... We have a workflow that ask for the aproval of a supervisor. When that supervisor approve with the work item, the system freeze there and then end with a Dump. This is appening in a QA environment where we are testing with real userId. When i put myself (SAP_ALL) as the approver, the work item goes smoothly and the other activity takes place...
 
I have put the decison task without the "Advance with dialog" to make sure that the subsequent activity would be execute with WF-BATCH. But it looks like when you approve in the decision task the system stays there until it find something else to do...
 
Does any one have an idea???
