Thad,
Transaction Recorded means that SAP cannot currently process this RFC =
call.
Usually the reasons are to be found in the Basis/RFC setup -- common =
causes
are lack of tasks (dialog, update, etc), RFC parameters that are wrong =
for
the amount of workflows that are going through the system, etc.=20
Sit with your Basis troops and have a look at the system log and dumps, =
as
well as at the parameterisation of the system as such. More likely than =
not,
you'll come up with something. Before that, execute the LUW (from the =
menu
in sm58) and see if they reappear. If they don't, it might have been a
one-off (load on the system or something), then just keep monitoring =
it. If
they do reappear, you have a persistent problem.
Hth,
Stephan

Betreff: sm58 'Transaction recorded' status
Dear Workflowers:
I have noticed that there is a lot of entries in the sm58 transaction. =
They
look more or less as follows:
WF-BATCH SWW_WI_EXECUTE_INTERNAL_RFC WORKFLOW_LOCA 08/06/2002
10:52:23 Transaction recorded
WF-BATCH SWW_WI_EXECUTE_INTERNAL_RFC WORKFLOW_LOCA 08/06/2002
10:52:23 Transaction recorded
WF-BATCH SWW_WI_EXECUTE_INTERNAL_RFC WORKFLOW_LOCA 08/06/2002
10:52:23 Transaction recorded
PA374CA SWW_EI_EVENT_RECEIVE_IBF WORKFLOW_LOCA 08/06/2002
12:24:47 Transaction recorded
JE502DU SWW_EI_EVENT_RECEIVE_IBF WORKFLOW_LOCA 08/06/2002
12:26:55 Transaction recorded
Normally, I would expect to see no entries there, or disapearing ones. =
Can
anyone tell me what is going on? This situation seems
to have an adverse impact on our EBP approval process. What does
'Transaction recorded' mean?
Any help greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Thad
