Workflow Not Starting in Production - RESOLVED!

SAP WUG'ers,
 
Whatever the error's cause, it has been resolved by recreating the workflow
and transporting it to our production environment.  We have received a note
from one of our users stating that the workflow performs as expected.  I
would like to mention this to SAP, however since this result cannot be
reproduced, we will consider it resolved.
