Workflow Not Starting in Production - URGENT

Can you start it manually (SWUS)?
If so, check your events - switch on event log if necessary - and check the
linkage.
Else use the diagnostics - SWUD
 
Resynching the runtime buffers (SWU_OBUF) can never hurt (Might only be
available via the button in SWUS on ver. 4.0... Not too sure)

We have implemented a new workflow in R/3 4.0b for Early Archiving but it
does not start in production.  It tested OK in our development  and Test/QA
environments.  All of our transports worked properly including at least two
re-transports after re-activating/regenerating.  The only thing that we
noticed was that the "Basic Data" of the workflow template - Administration
tab "Runtime Structure Available" was not checked in PRD were it was in all
other environments.  The workflow template and all of its tasks are OK, no
errors in "extended check" and all Agent assignment is "general task".
 
This is an urgent problem so any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
