No Administrator assigned for the Task

HI All,
     I hate to ask this question since I should know the answer, but I have
a Workflow that properly executes, but when I try to open the work item in
my in-box I get this error.  " No Administrator assigned for the Task"  It
is message 5w 141,  There is no clues on what to do.  I have gone to OSS
looking for this message to find what I must fix, and am at a loss.  We are
on 46c and get a green light in SWEL, and SWUD.   I have other Workflows
active and they work fine,  What have I missed?  This is a single (TS)
task, with an agent assigned (position w/user)  and has a role assigned as
well.  I've tried removing both the role and the agent one at a time with
no luck.
 
Can anyone lead me in the right direction?
