Screen for Workflow starting transaction

Hi Jocelyn Dart,

Thanks for your quick response.

I did managed to set some of the fields and buttons to "INVISIBLE" (ofcourse
after deselecting the input attribute for input fileds). However, the
tables for Adhoc Objects and Attachments can't be set to "INVISIBLE" mode as
the check box is grayed out.

Your first mail suggest to hide the fields dynamically during runtime. But
I am trying to disable the fields in the design time iself.
In this case, how should I proceed?

Best Regards
Ram

Hi Ram,
Oh yes - you could always just modify the screen and set all the fields
you want to hide to "invisible".
Just don't delete them.

Subject: Screen for Workflow starting transaction
Importance: High

Hi Workflowers,

While creating starting transaction for a workflow using transaction SWUG,
the default screen generates fields for "Adhoc Objects and Attached Objects
in the table format".

Is it possible to hide these fields? If so, how to do it?

Should the starting transaction screen be generated using SWUG or can I
create a simple screen using screen painter and attach it to the Workflow
transaction? What is the transaction to attach the screen created using
Screen Painter?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Best Regards
Ram
