Outlook form integration with workflow

I'm trying send values from the task container to an Outlook email =
using
object FORM and method PROCESS.  I specify the binding in SAPForm of
specific fields to their corresponding fields in the Outlook form.  The
binding between the Outlook form and the workflow task was successfully
generated.  However, the resultant email being sent from the workflow
doesn't contain the values specified in the binding.  What steps am I
missing?
