asset mass change 4.6C

Dear all,
We were using standard tasks 8010,8011 and 8012 to make mass changes in
asset master data. After an upgrade to 4.6C, we get the error message below:

Error processing following event linkage:
AM_AI CREATED WS00000025

Following error occurred:
WD 274
WS00000025

Message text:
Workflow definition of task 'WS00000025' cannot be activated

Would you please comment on the situation if you had experienced it before?
What shall we do?
