Deadline Monitoring according to a schedule.

I have setup deadline monitoring to give the user 3 hours before the deadline
is reached.
By this I mean 3 working hours.  If they receive an item late in the
afternoon, it should not time-out until the middle of the next morning.
 
Does anyone know of a way to do deadline monitoring according to some pre-set
schedule (for example a workcenter schedule?).
