Transportation problem(TK092) at the case of workflow creation

Hello WF Gurus,
 
 My actual problem is the following:
 
 If I create a workflow or I try to assign a user to a workflow task I =
can
do it,
 but the transport object does not create (in SAP 4.6C), and I get the
following message TK 092.
 
 
"Diagnosis:
 
The object R3TR TDAT PDST is flagged as a current setting,=20
which means that it is not controlled by the Transport Organizer.
 
However the attributes of object R3TR TDAT PDWS mean that it is =
controlled
by the Transport Organizer.
 
Any objects that you want to edit together in a simple step must either =
all
be controlled by the Transport Organizer,
 or none of them can be controlled by the Transport Organizer."
 
 
I think I understand (more or less) the problem.
 
Questions:
 
 1.
           How can I look the transport attributes of these objects?
 2.
           If I decide to modify these attributes, how can I do it?
