I don't know about MAC, but even on Windows, you need to explicitely =
select
the Outlook integration option during SAPGUI installation. If you are =
using
an automated installation script, it needs to be included there.

Folks,

I am having a hard time locating SAP MAPI service for MS
Outlook running on MAC OS. It seems MAC version SAPGUI
installation does not add the MAPI service. May be we are
missing something.

Any thoughts/solution?
