Integrating outlook forms into workflow

Hi Kevin,
 
you can not send forms directly to a user. Outlook forms need to be
published either on client side (Personal folder) or server side (Publi=
c
folder). Don't forget to install at least SAPforms runtime on each clie=
nt
PC that might potentially need it. Use data binding editor to map workf=
low
container elements to form elements. Another good start is SAPtrace (a =
tool
which is installed under SAPforms dir). Set detail level up to 3 and yo=
u
get most detailed trace information you will need for debugging.

Hi,
 
I have installed the SAP Mapi and tested it in MS Outlook and it seems =
to
work fine.  I have created an MS Outlook form, published it and linked =
it
to
a workflow task through SAPForm.  The elements in the outlook form were=
 
linked to the appropriate elements in the workflow container and the
binding
was successful.  Ideally, when a purchase req. is created it will trigg=
er
the workflow which should, via SAPform, send the customized outlook for=
m to
the respective user via MS Outlook.  The workflow is being triggered
correctly, but I cannot seem to able to send the customized email form =
to
MS
Outlook inbox.  Does anyone know how to send customized forms via Outlo=
ok
from workflow?  Is there any documentation out there describing this
process.
