Lockbox batch sessions

Hi!
 
I have posted thiw message few hrs before. But it
looks like it is not posted.
 
In my PRD SAP system there are 2 lockbox batch
sessions which are not processed.
 
I wonder why is this going into the Sessions still to
be processed category.
 
These changes should be kicked-off automatically and
only go to the Batch Input:  Session Overview if there
is an error.
 
I am not sure how to make it automatic?. Can any one
please advice immdly.
