How can start the collaborative planning workflow in APO 3.0A

Dear workflowers,

I want to use a workflow in the collaborative supply & demand planning.
But I can't start the collaborative planning workflow (WS70200008 -
CLP_TEMPLATE).

Isn't there any body experienced the this workflow?
