Workflow transport not complete

Hello friends,
 
I do have one query regarding transport of Workflow in 40B. I have developed
workflow and transported it from development to quality system, after
transportation the task are having
missing agent assignment.
 
My task were general task and I have assigned Agent as role to them. In
quality system I could see the Role assignment  but task is not as general
task and agent assignment is also not active.
 
What special needs to be done to transport agent assignment with task?
