Unable to set "Executable on Internet" flag in standard task

Hello Workflowers,
 
Although using support pack 20 (SAPKB46C20) on v46C, I have found that I am
unable to set the flag "Executable on Internet" of my standard task in the
task properties in PFTC_CHG. This task calls method HTMLPROCESS of the FORM
object type. All help states that this flag must be set if the work item is
to be processable via. the Web workplace. Looking at the definition of the
field (HRS1201-WEB_ABLE) in subscreen 1020 of SAPLRHWS, the field is defined
as invisible. Does anybody know how I can set this flag given it is set as
invisible in the standard transaction? Perhaps via. some HR transaction?
 
The "Create Customer Master Demo" provided by SAP includes standard task
TS_TS20000256H which is executable via the web workplace, but this flag has
been set. This is despite the fact that the flag cannot be seen in the
standard maintenance transaction.
