Workflow Mail to have information outside....

[Mark Pyc Workflow]

Hi Roland,
 
The step where you have used &_WORKITME.EXECUTEDBYUSER.NAME& is not a
background step is it? If so it would get executed by WF-BATCH and therefore
may have a name like 'workflow'.
