Hi, I am also developing a travel management 3-stage approval workflow =
at
the moment.
We're using the business object USR01DOHR as the basis of workflow
containers that must store user related information?
 
Using this business object allows one to access most information that y=
ou'd
need about a user.
E.g. Position, User's Name, User name with leading 'US' etc

cation for Travel Accounting
Approval and we have special routine built to base on the travel nature=
 to
determine who the approver for this travel.=A0=A0 Everything is working=
 and the
correct approver is receiving the workflow mail to conduct the approval=
 and
if the travel is rejected, the traveler is being advised.
 
=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0 Yet the business wants an ad=
ditional mail to go back to the
traveler on the progress of that travel claim AND in the mail content, =
we
want the actual approver's name.=A0=A0 Since such information is outsid=
e all
the selection fields available,=A0 how can I pass back the name of the
approver into the workflow so that I can display the name in the mail
content ?=A0=A0=A0 Has anybody come across such request ?=A0 Please adv=
ise.
