to your question, but,
as no-one's mentioned my favourite,
I thought I'd chip in. ;-)
 
Take a look at SWI2;
this is a handy SAP report which
permits you to analyse workitems by task -
effectively giving you a view across all inboxes.
 
You can see who's got what item,
its current status etc...
 
The only thing I can't work out is
how to use it to interrogate workitems by
the contents of their container -
i.e. user-defined elements.
 
Does anyone know how to do this -
without looking at SWW_CONT via SE16/ABAP etc...?
