Agent Assignment

For a TS task, the possible agent assignment is not automatically
transported across systems. Check OSS note 0138411 for details. A manual
transport (as mentioned in the OSS note) has always worked for me.

I am a little confused in this area and I was hoping that somebody could set
me straight.
 
When I transport a task to another system, the agent assignment (ie. General
task) is not transported. I always end up having to go to the target client
and go through each task and set it back to their correct agent assignment.
Is there something 'special' I have to do to ensure that the agent
assignment is also transported?
