Change Documents-Material-WF

Hi,
 
I would like to use change documents to trigger a
workflow for when fields are changed in the Material.
It is easy to set up for most fields, except one.
 
However, I have one field which is the purchase order
text field which I do not know how to set it up. Is it
possible to use change documents to trigger a workflow
when the field is a text field(found in STXL/H).
