Oh, I forgot to mention, publish the form as "SAP Workitem Display".

Hi Giselle,

Did you select "Choose form..." or "Design this form" ? I'm using =
Outlook
2000.
When I select "chose form..." I see the option to pick "SAP Workitem =
list",
but when I choose (from reading the workitem) "Design this form" I see
a row of tabs in VB development environment. If you choose tab =
"actions"
and enable Execute and publish the form, the missing function should
reappear.=20

If you don't see a row of tabs in VB development environment, I think =
there
is=20
something else wrong. Try deleting SAPMAPI service, re-installing =
SAPMAPI
and=20
reinstalling from the SAPGUI CD, making sure you have adminstrator =
rights.

I have come across this problem in Outlook 98. I couldn't get the =
execute
button to appear but found that you could right mouse click on the item =
and
press execute.

Hi Giselle,

I've met this problem before. In the inbox workitem, check the form's =
tab
"actions" has options for execution (location is: Tools > Forms > =
Design
this form). Then try to republish the form in MS Outlook.

Regards

Phil

Requirements

I have installed SAP MAPI SERVICE PROVIDER. It shows all the workitems =
that
I have to release, but, when I open the mail I only have the =
possibility to
display the attachment (I don't have the possibility to execute it).

Does anybody know what is happening ??????? May it be a problem of
authorization ???? In SAP (release 45B) I can execute without problems =
all
the workitems.

Thanks for all.

Giselle
