Please verify which ECM workflow your company is using ie. WSxxxxxxxx.
You might want to check out the IMG where in ECM , the approver is being
specified.

Hi workflow guys:
In our compnay,there is a workflow about the ECM.
In this workflow,there is a step need to select the
Project leader for approvel.
when use click the workitem ,a dialogue box appear
.then the user select the project leader.
 
Sometime the workflow can be send to the right
persons.But sometime it will be send to error person.
(for example select A,but appeal in B's inbox.
 
I have checked the log,all the lights are green.
 
Is there exist any function or reports i can anysis
the problem.
 
Have u meet such issue?
Any reply will be great appreciated!!!
