Single step.
 
Create new event on object BUS2032 or suitable copy. Create task
 
Define new output table,type & assign to procedure for sales order. Key is
delivery bloc or anything else. Link the communication method to the object
and event. Create the output condition record. Assign agents to task, etc.
 
When you get a hit on the output the workflow will be executed.

Hi
 
I am trying to attach a workflow to the event raised when a sales order is
created via EDI.  I am currently using the BUS2032.ALECREATED event as the
trigger.  Is this correct as nothing seems to happen.  Previously I was
using
BUS2032.CREATED but then realised this event is raised when sales orders are
created by anyone - not just via EDI
