The case of the missing event trace

Sometimes it can take a while before the event shows in the log.

Dear fellow worflow specialists

I have a problem for you to solve:
Why did the event trace suddenly dissapear.

Working on 4.6C
Activated the trace about a week ago.
Got all my events displayed as I performed
transactions or performed a "Create event".
Cleared the event trace.
Now nothing shows. The workflow works fine and
triggers, but no event gets shown in SWEL.
Tried different filters, no filters, switched it off
and on, but still nothing.

Any clues ?
