Transportproblem on 4.6C ??

Hi Folks
 
Seems that we have a problem which is pretty funny.
We developed a WF Definition which works fine in Testing System.
No I tried to transport the Definition in to Produktiv system. Everthing
looks also fine.
In Transaction PFTC_DIS i can see the Definition WS.... but on the screen
where is a checkbox WF Definition which is empty !
And the system status message says No Definiton ...
 
I also tried to change / add steps to the WF but the same, no Definition in
target system !
Anyone an Idea what happens ???
