Workflow Inbox

I thought that was the transaction code.  However, I wasn't getting any
data.  I then figured out to leave the dates blank and I was able to pull in
the data.  Since need to drill down to see the document number.

Transaction SWI5 (Workload Analysis) will allow you to see the workitems in
any user's inbox.  However, you cannot (to my knowledge) see other SAP
Office documents.
