Workflow Error WL411 (No successor defined for event)

Hi Sue,
 
Did you check the default value of SPACE in the parameter
METHOD_RETURN of the functions the note mentioned?
 
SWW_WI_STATUS_CHANGE_S_NEW
SWW_BI_STATUS_CHANGE_S_NEW
SWW_WW_STATUS_CHANGE_S_NEW
 
This sounds like the right note for your problem.  The note
might be incorrect as far as valid releases (has happened to
me before).  I then had to have OSS update the note before
the client would allow me to apply.
