WF workflows with hot pack upgrade

We recently upgraded our SAP Kernel to patch level 617 and hot packages =
13-37 were applied.  We are on 4.5B.
 
I have found that all "WF" workflows now require at least re-activation in =
the production system in order to execute.  "WS" workflows seem to work =
without touching them.
 
Is there a table that contains the status of "WF" workflows?  I've noticed =
several swd_... tables with "WS" workflows, but can not find anything for =
"WF" workflows.
 
Any help would be appreciated.
