WEBflow prerequisites

Background : Webflow functionality is available on SAP 4.6C. The documented=
 prerequisites are - A web server and an internet Transaction Server (ITS) =
must be configured for the SAP system for the transmission and reception =
of the XML documents to be successful.=20
 
I have come to the conclusion that the internet transaction server (ITS) =
prerequisite for WEBFLOW must be the SAP ITS.  Please could someone =
confirm or deny this statement.
