You can refresh the workflow buffers using transaction ppwfbuf instead of
logging off and on but it doesn't always clear the problem any faster!

Hi Richard,
Thank you for your quick response. I am afraid activating the workflow has
not changed anything. We are on 3.1I, would this make a difference?
I know that a common way to fix strange problem is to log off and back on to
SAP or wait a day.... done that.
Any other ideas?
