WF Administrator

Very simple question... that I should know the answer to... but it is Monday:
 
I would like to have different administrators for different workflow definitions. I have myself set as the administrator in Workflow Customising and a different position set as the administrator in the Basic Data of the Definition. However the administrator set in SWU3 seems to overwrite the settings in the definition.
 
Is it possible to have different administrators for different definitions and if so how does one set it up?
