Verify workflow customizing through SWU3.
Also make sure the logical system is still maintained correctly (see SCC4).
 
We use a database copy to copy Production to QA so we don't have these
issues.

We recently made a copy of Production to our QA box in order to do testing.
Our basis people say that everything has been done.  However, workflow is
not there.  What steps are required to make sure workflow is included when a
client copy is done?
