Vincze,
Seems you have to do some deadline calculation in a separate workflow
background step and then base your workitem deadline on the resulting
container element.
You probably want to use the DATE_CONVERT_TO_WORKINGDAY function =
module,
this will tell you if a deadline is a working day. Factory holidays are
taken into account.

Using the missed deadline monitoring capabilities there is no =
