Hi there,

is this using the ADDRESS object ?, if so you may have an issue with
persistence.....check the ADDRESS object's attributes. I have had issues
getting the e-mail address from this object.

If not then are the container elements the same metadata ? Check that.

Cheers
Dave

Subject: Extracting email address from an attribute of object ZBUS2032

I have created a subtype and modified BUS2032, in order to capture the
email address of a contact person, linked via partner functions to a sales
order.

My object is capturing the required address, however when I attempt to pass
the email address to the addressstrings parameter of the send mail task it
errors out. No email created.

The message I am getting in the trace log is "Element EMAIL (my container
element and object attribute) not in source container." However the element
"EMAIL" is present and the bindings are consistant.

Suggestions?
