Assuming you are on 4.6,
 
When in the inbox, go to the SETTINGS menu. Select WORKFLOW SETTINGS and
then select REFRESH ORGNIZATIONAL ENVIRONMENT.
 
Should do the trick.

I have created a workflow triggered by the creation of a customer.
 
When I moved to the test environment, the workitem in the inbox cannot be
executed - the error is 5W 141: 'No administrator for the task'. I did not
get this error in the development box.
 
Do I need to define something, and where?
